When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. Anyone can ask for a correction: homeowners, businesses, other sources. Every change is dated.
Process
How a correction works
1. Tell us
Use the form below. Say what's wrong and, if you can, where the right information can be checked.
2. We re-check at the source
We reply within two business days and re-check within ten. We go to the source, not just your word or the business's.
3. We publish the change
The line gets a new date in the ledger, and bigger changes get a note on the page.
We don't remove accurate findings, and businesses can't pay for a correction.
