Proof of real work, with the source and date.

For businesses

Claim your profile and add proof

The fastest way to a stronger profile is a record we can look up. Claiming is free and takes about five minutes.

Payment never changes the ledger. Every business's records are looked up, shown and dated the same way, whatever plan it is on.

Three steps

1. Show it's yours

We call the number on your public listing with a code, or email one to an address at your website's domain. We never ask for passwords.

2. Point us to the records

Permit numbers, the name your permits are filed under, your license and registration.

3. We add what checks out

Usually within ten business days, each line with its source and date.

Claim or send proof

We reply within two business days. Accepted changes are dated on your profile.

Questions

Questions from business owners

My permits are filed under another name. Can they count?

Yes, if you tell us the name or license they are filed under and we can tie it to your business in a public record. We then add them with the county source and the date.

What can I add that will show as proven?

Anything a public source confirms: permit numbers, your license and registration, a new address. What only you can confirm, like your services or hours, is shown as claimed.

Will a missing permit record hurt my profile?

It isn't shown as a problem. It reads "No permit records matched yet", and the ranking simply has less evidence to count until we find a match.

Does paying make my evidence look better?

No. Paid plans add tools like lead notifications and project photos. A line moves from claimed to proven only when a record backs it.
